Best Oklahoma Sports Betting Sites & Apps 2025
Sports betting is not yet live in the state of Oklahoma but it’s not for the want to trying. Back in April 2020, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt agreed a deal with two of the state’s tribes — the Otoe-Missouria Tribe and the Comanche Nation — that would allow that tribes to offer sports betting products for the next 15 years.
However, the Governor was found to have jumped the gun somewhat as the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that he had exceeded his authority nullifying the new tribal gaming compacts in the process.
We saw multiple efforts by pro-gambling legislators and the governor in the following months, but all have failed to garner the required support. But with 35 tribes and over 100 casinos in the state, it would seem that it’s only a matter of time before tribal groups push for legalized sports betting, while at the moment plenty of offshore sportsbooks are accesible for US citizens.

Who regulates the Oklahoma sports betting industry
While a sports betting industry has yet to launch in the state, Oklahoma’s current gambling activity is overseen by the OSF Gaming Compliance Unit. This unit does not deal with licensing matters as this is handled by the tribes themselves. If sports betting remains exclusive to tribal groups, it’s likely that the compliance unit will remain in place.
Which sportsbooks are available in Oklahoma?
With over 100 casinos Oklahoma is primed for sports betting. However, as these properties are tribal casinos, there are no major gambling operators that have a presence in the state.
If the state can agree to allow sports betting on tribal lands, we expect to see Oklahoma’s tribes partner with many of the industry’s leading sports betting operators.
We will update this section as and when that happens.
Sports betting apps in Oklahoma
The previously agreed gaming compacts with the Otoe-Missouria Tribe and the Comanche Nation allowed for mobile betting, but this was geofenced to tribal lands.
If any new gaming compacts are agreed, it’s likely that they will follow this model.
We will update this section when news of any amended compacts is released.
Daily Fantasy Sports in Oklahoma
There is currently no legislation for Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) in Oklahoma. The state’s current legal code does not forbid the playing of DFS contests making it a grey area for operators.
However, as the state has shown no inclination to prevent players from entering DFS contests, many of the industry’s leading operators allow Oklahomans to register on their platforms.
What about online poker in Oklahoma?
There is a flourishing live poker scene in Oklahoma with live poker rooms available in the majority of the state’s 143 casinos and gaming facilities.
In 2018, the state’s legislators allowed the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma to launch an online poker room called Grey Snow Poker. However, the poker room is not available for Oklahomans or residents of the US. That said, the very fact that the state was willing to allow the tribe to launch an online poker product suggests that legislators may be open to the possibility of a regulated market at some point in the future.
This, however, will not be discussed until the question of sports betting in the state is answered once and for all.
