Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, opened up about the AGCS’ successful year:

“It’s amazing to see the trust players put in us year after year, and we’re able to repay them by helping them recover their funds from operators or solve other related issues. We’ve had another successful year, with a few records broken and amazing milestones achieved and we can’t wait to see what lies in store in the years ahead.”

Furthermore, the AGCS also rejected complaints for several common reasons, including no response when asked to provide additional information, lack of evidence, insufficient information provided, and if it’s for a gambling authority.

In 2024, the AGCS team rejected 7,027 complaints but 459 complaints were rejected once and then accepted, 83 of them were rejected twice and then accepted, and 36 were rejected more than twice and then accepted.

Complaints were largely for online casinos and sports betting operators.

Fairspin Casino had the largest disputed complaint resolved: $285,080.
