Casino content supplier Aviatrix has secured regulatory certification in Colombia following rule updates by gambling regulator Coljuegos that expanded the jurisdiction’s online casino framework to include crash games.
The approval follows Coljuegos’ publication of Acuerdo 01 of 2026, which amended Title 1 of Acuerdo 08 of 2020 to redefine instant-win games. Under the previous regulations, licensed Colombian operators were restricted to three specifically named instant-win titles, leaving crash mechanics outside the legal catalogue.
The revised framework sets out a mechanics-based definition requiring a random number generator, a prize structure driven by fixed or progressive multipliers, and active player interaction to determine cash-out timing. The definition creates a regulatory pathway for crash game formats in Colombia’s regulated iGaming market.
Colombian Expansion and Market Footprint
With certification in place, licensed operators in Colombia can add Aviatrix’s crash game to their casino portfolios. The company is preparing launches with several licensed operators in the near future.
Anastasia Rimskaya, Aviatrix’s Chief Account Officer, said the regulatory changes created the company’s first real opportunity to enter the Colombian market. She said Aviatrix was ready for operator integrations shortly after the updated framework took effect and cited the company’s experience in other Latin American markets as a foundation for growth in Colombia.
Colombia adds to Aviatrix’s presence in regulated markets. The supplier lists licences or certifications in Italy, Greece, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Peru, Ontario, Colombia and Georgia, as well as approval by the Malta Gaming Authority.
Earlier this year, Aviatrix introduced an iGaming Metaverse platform that connects multiple games in a shared ecosystem. The platform allows players to maintain a single profile and carry progression, loyalty points and bonuses across titles.
Aviatrix’s Position in Latin America
Colombia represents a further step in Aviatrix’s expansion in Latin America, where Peru is also among the markets in which the supplier is licensed or certified.
Aviatrix has not named the operators or provided dates for its Colombian launches. Its certified game must be integrated by licensed operators before it can appear in local online casino lobbies.
