Belgium Gaming Commission

According to the latest published blacklist, the Belgian Gaming Commission has added another four domains to the list of unlicensed online gambling websites that are banned from the country.

The latest sites to be added are:

  • ph.casino — owned by Usoftgaming
  • locowin.com — owned by Gammix
  • kajot-casino.com — owned by Pro Xenon Mediathek
  • westcasino.com — owned by Goldwin

The latest additions come just weeks after the commission added dixcasino.com, gamdon.com, stake.com, and fastpay-casino.com to the blacklist. Earlier in March, another 15 domains were also added.

This brings the current list to 127 domains since the commission started to blacklist illegal international providers in February of 2012.

According to the commission’s regulations any sites that feature on the blacklist and that continue to offer gambling products and services to players located in Belgium will face fines from €100 to €100,000 depending on the severity of the breach. Players who play at sites on the blacklist can also be fined anywhere from €26 up to €25,000.

Since the online casinos blacklist was first published, some of the industry’s biggest operators have been banned from operating in Belgium. These include William Hill, BetVictor, Bet365, Stan James, Betfair, and Betfred among others.
