FanDuel Acquires iGaming Tech Provider BeyondPlay

BeyondPlay will integrate into FanDuel Casino

iGaming startup BeyondPlay has announced that it has been acquired by FanDuel for an undisclosed sum.

The deal will see BeyondPlay’s jackpot management system and its multiplayer software will integrate into FanDuel’s online casino platform. The jackpot management system allows a casino to offer flexible and tailored jackpot campaigns while the multiplayer software allows player to share gaming sessions and pool stakes.

BeyondPlay is currently partnered with multiple major brands such as LeoVegas, Casumo, and ComeOn. The company also holds licences in Ontario, the United Kingdom, and Malta.

Speaking in a social media post announcing the deal BeyondPlay CEO Karolina Pelc said:

FanDuel Casino managing director Asaf Noifeld said of the deal:

Flutter-owned FanDuel Casino is now the second largest iGaming brand in the US by market share. In Q4 2023, its share had grown to 26%, up by 5% year-on-year.
