Flutter Entertainment’s shares were removed from the London Stock Exchange’s Official List at 07:00 UK time on August 3, 2026, ending a London market presence that stretched back through the Paddy Power Betfair era and leaving the group solely listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: FLUT).

The cancellation followed a formal announcement on June 12, 2026. Further details of the delisting are contained in that announcement, which is available on Flutter’s website. The cancellation covered both the listing of the company’s shares on the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of those shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. Holders of depositary interests (DIs) with technical queries have been directed to contact Computershare UK, while registered shareholders with account management queries should contact Computershare in the United States.

Dual-Listing Structure Reviewed and Dissolved

Flutter’s Q1 2026 earnings call, held in May, had flagged that the board was reviewing its London Stock Exchange listing to potentially streamline its dual-listing structure and reduce complexity. The August 3, 2026 announcement confirmed that the delisting had taken effect, further to the June 12, 2026 announcement.

With the dual-listing structure now dissolved, Flutter’s ordinary shares trade solely on the NYSE.
