Seven Star Digital, a OneTwenty Company, has announced that it has agreed a deal to acquire Moneta Communications Limited, the owner of Horseracing.net and Bettingodds.com.
Speaking of the acquisition, Jack Lodge, CEO of Seven Star Digital commented:

I believe that the synergies we can achieve by sharing Seven Star Digital’s operational expertise will help drive the growth of Moneta Communications in a highly competitive market.”
According to the press release announcing the deal, Horseracing.net, which publishes race and betting content, generates 4 million visits per year. Meanwhile, Bettingodds.com publishes odds information and content targeting the UK, African, and North American markets.
OneTwenty Group CEO, Chris Russell said of the deal:
