The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has issued cease-and-desist orders to 11 offshore casinos found to be offering unlicensed gambling to residents. The casinos named in the enforcement action include the following:
- 7 Bets Casino
- ABC Islands Casino
- Bookmaker.eu
- Cherry Jackpot Casino
- Club Player Casino
- NinBet Casino
- PitBet
- Prism Casino
- SlotsNBets
- VIP Slots Casino
- Wild Vegas Casino
The named operators have been found to accept wagers from Michigan residents via several payment methods — including credit cards, cryptocurrencies, and digital wallets.
“These sites are operating illegally and without proper oversight, putting Michigan players at risk,” said Henry Williams, Executive Director of the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
“We’re committed to shutting down unlicensed gambling operations and protecting the public from deceptive practices, unfair play, and financial harm.”
Offshore Operators Have 14 Days To Comply
The MGCB has formally notified all 11 operators to immediately stop offering gambling services to Michigan residents. Offshore operators have been given 14 days to comply.
If the platforms refuse to cooperate, the MGCB said the Board would eventually collaborate with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office to pursue legal action.
“This should serve as a strong warning to illegal operators: Michigan does not tolerate unauthorized gambling activity,” Williams said. “We will continue our relentless pursuit of actively identifying and disrupting these operations.”
MGCB Opened Investigations Into Sports Prediction Markets
This news comes a few weeks after the MGCB opened a series of investigations into unlicensed sports prediction markets operating within the Wolverine State.
Sports prediction markets are “unlicensed wagering platforms” that impact consumer protection and “may jeopardize the integrity of Michigan’s legal sports betting system,” according to the MGCB.
Earlier this month, the MGCB also took decisive action against 13 other offshore gambling websites. These gaming sites include — Captain Jack Casino, Casino Brango, Ducky Luck Casino, El Royale Casino, Jazz Casino, Jazz Sports Casino Racebook, Looselines, Planet 7 Casino, Red Dog Casino, Royal Oak Casino, Silver Oak Casino, Skybook, and Slots of Vegas.
The MGCB then targeted 11 more offshore gambling websites — Bet Big Dollar Casino, Blood Moon Casino, DogsFortune, Grand Eagle Online Casino, Highway Casino, Jumba Bet Casino, Las Atlantis Casino, Ruby Slots Casino, Shazam Casino, SlotsRoom, and Spinfinity.
In February, the MGCB sent cease-and-desist letters to the following operators:

- Diamond Sportsbook International, d/b/a BetDSI.eu (BetDSI)
- My Dreams Casino
- NonStop Casino

- Solar Game LTD and Busan Trade Office (Go Go Gold)
- WagerWeb
- Xbet Casino
Additionally, the MGCB sent cease-and-desist letters to offshore operators Lucky Tiger Casino and Rich Palms Casino for conducting illegal gambling activities in the state.
