Oregon Lottery Posts Sports Betting Handle of Over $29 Million for February

The Oregon State Lottery has released official figures that put February's sports betting handle at $29,600,150 with gross gaming revenue (GGR) of $2,684,777.

The Oregon State Lottery has released official figures that put February’s sports betting handle at $29,600,150 with gross gaming revenue (GGR) of $2,684,777.

In its monthly report, the lottery also revealed that 27,840 unique customers placed 1,005,614 wagers during February with an average bet amount of $29.43.

The most popular sport was basketball which drew in $17,461,557 in wagers while football was a distant second with $3,438,562 in wagers.

February’s figure marks a 16% drop from January’s record handle of $34,935,891 with GGR of $3,872,604.
