Sports betting operator PlayUp USA has partnered with Chalkline Sports to offer Free-to-Play sports betting games for New Jersey Devils fans prior to the March launch of its real money sportsbook in New Jersey.
The move will activate the operator’s sponsorship deal with the NHL’s New Jersey Devils and offer Devils fans Free-to-Play contests that feature unique tie breakers, live odds, and player props for each Devils game.
As part of the sponsorship deal, PlayUp USA is the presenting partner of the Devils’ pre-game live show as well as funding a redesigned PlayUp studio for all Devils broadcasts.
While the immediate goal is to engage the local New Jersey fanbase before the March launch, the company sees this as a great opportunity to establish a highly visible profile on nationally broadcast streams.
Speaking of the new partnership with Chalkline Sports, Dr Laila Mintas, CEO at PlayUp USA, said:
“It is important for us to align ourselves with top teams and partners as we grow fast in the US. The New Jersey Devils typify that and having a strong partner on our freeplay site like Chalkline only solidifies what we are trying to achieve in New Jersey.”
Mintas also said he was happy that Chalkline Sports were in a position to move quickly and get PlayUp USA’s sponsorship of the New Jersey Devils activated as soon as possible.
“The Chalkline team got us up and running quickly and is making an immediate impact on our sponsorship activation. We were particularly impressed by the knowledge and experience of the team in addition to their turnkey games platform and BettorBI reporting and analytics tools.”
The move is also good news for Chalkline Sports as the company looks to establish itself as the go-to provider of Free-to-Play sports betting games for operators looking to engage potential markets.
