The World Series of Poker has released the full schedule for the WSOP 2021 Online Bracelet Series for players in New Jersey and Nevada, two of 5 states where online poker is currently legal.
Kicking off on Thursday July 1st, the tournament schedule will span a little over four weeks and finish off with a $500 NLH Grand Finale event on Sunday August 1st.
The schedule is comprised of 33 online gold bracelet events – which is an increase of two over last year’s schedule. This means that there will be one gold bracelet every single day of the series, and on Sunday, July 25th there will be two awarded.
But in between, nearly three dozen tournaments will run, taking the total number of online gold bracelet events to 33 this year—an increase of two on last year’s schedule.
Buy-ins range from $333 right up to a record-breaking $7,777 — the highest buy-in at an online bracelet event in the US. However, that record-breaking buy-in is an anomaly with the majority of buy-ins ranging from $400 to $1,000. The most common buy-in is $500 with eight events in total.
The announcement was made via a press release on the WSOP website and comes just days after the World Series of Poker revealed that it intends to go ahead with a live in-person event starting on November 23rd.
