Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear  has announced the sports wagering catalog agreed upon by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission’s Sports Wagering Advisory Council.

The wagering catalog list all sports and types of wagers that will be available once Kentucky sports betting launches on September 7th.

Following discussions, KHRC Executive Director Jamie Eads approved the Sports Wagering Advisory Council’s proposed initial catalog of sporting events. To be included on the list, a sporting event must be sanctioned by a governing body. However, the SWAC did note that sports betting operators may request that additional events be added to the catalog at a later date while a sport’s governing body can also request that a sports be removed or wagering limited in some way.
