Switzerland’s gaming regulators Gespa and Eidgenössische Spielbankenkommission (ESBK) have added 49 new unlicensed gambling websites to their iGaming blocklists.

The two lists of blocked websites were first published back in 2019 and have been updated eight times with the latest updates coming yesterday, October 5th 2021. Following the release of yesterday’s updated lists,  there are now over 600 illegal gambling websites blocked by Swiss internet service providers.

Gespa has added a total of 18 sites to its latest blocklist including including esports betting site csgoempire.com, betting exchange Matchbook.com, cryptokitties.co, betadonis.com, escowin10.com, and yet another site related to the Bahigo brand, bahigo64.com. That’s the 11th Bahigo site added to Swiss blocklists in the last two years.

ESBK has added 31 sites to its own blocklist including a further two Bahigo sites, five Wild Tornado sites, two Superbit Casino domains, and a variety of other sites such as thejackpotcrypto.com and spinia13.com.

One domain of interest that has been added to both lists is 288-563.com, a domain that redirects to Bet365.com. Bet365.com and a number of sites related to the brand have been banned since the original lists were first published back in 2019.
