The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has announced that it has suspended the license of online gambling operator In Touch Games Limited.
According to the UKGC statement, the company’s license has been suspended while the regulator carries out an investigation into suspected anti-money laundering (AML) breaches of the Gambling Act 2005. The operator is also suspected of breaching rules in relation to fair and transparent terms and practices and the reporting of key events.
As a result of the suspension, the company can no longer offer gambling products or services through its websites licensed to operate in the UK. In Touch Games Limited currently operates:
- bonusboss.co.uk
- cashmo.co.uk
- casino.mfortune.co.uk
- casino2020.co.uk
- drslot.co.uk
- jammymonkey.com
- mfortune.co.uk
- mrspin.co.uk
- pocketwin.co.uk
- slotfactory.com
Customers are still permitted to access their accounts to withdraw funds.
If all suspected licensing breaches are confirmed, the UKGC could find that In Touch Games is an unsuitable candidate for providing gambling products and services.
