Bet MGM has announced the official launch of its mobile sports betting app in Illinois becoming the seventh online sportsbook to go live in the Land of Lincoln.
Speaking of the launch, Adam Greenblatt, BetMGM CEO said:
“This launch marks a significant milestone for BetMGM as we enter one of the country’s biggest sports betting markets. We look forward to working with the state of Illinois to bring its passionate sports fans a new, innovative and unique sports betting experience.”
The app is available on both iOS and Android devices while the online sportsbook is also accessible via desktop browser.
Illinois gamblers can also take advantage of the newly launched BetMGM Rewards loyalty program. Points earned through the program can be used to redeem food and beverages, and even hotel stays at MGM resorts.
In the announcement, BetMGM also confirmed its dedication to responsible gambling. This has led to the use of the GameSense program which helps customers to practice responsible gambling. The company has committed to including more information about the program in both its app and sports betting website.
