Massachusetts sports betting will launch officially today, January 31st at 10am local time.
Three retail sportsbooks have been approved for launch today and all will begin accepting wagers at the official launch time. The three sportsbooks licensed for sports betting in Massachusetts are:
- Plainridge Park Casino, Plainville – Barstool Sportsbook
- MGM Springfield, Springfield – BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Encore Boston Harbor, Everett – WynnBet Sportsbook)
Late last night, the Massachusetts Gaming Board approved all three retail locations for launch by a vote of 4-0.
Mobile sports betting in Massachusetts has yet to receive an official launch date but is expected to get underway in late March or early February.
