Online Sportsbook WynnBET has signed a deal that will see the brand cooperate on digital media campaigns with the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies.
It’s the latest in a slew of partnership deals between online sportsbooks and professional teams and the second by the Grizzlies — the franchise announced a similar deal with FanDuel in November of last year.
The deal will see WynnBET appear in the Grizzlie’s various digital marketing campaigns and giving the sportsbook operator access to the franchise’s considerable social media following.
The partnership also includes the construction of a WynnBET lounge in the Grizzlies’ FedExForum Arena where fans can place wagers on NBA games along with other sports.
The deal comes hot on the heels of the recent announcement that both WynnBET and William Hill had become the latest approved sportsbooks in Tennessee. The state now has six sportsbooks including FanDuel, BetMGM, DraftKings and Tennessee Action 24/7.
WynnBet, the online sports betting arm of Wynn Resorts, currently operates in Tennessee, New Jersey, Colorado, and Michigan with options to expand to Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Ohio. The brand has also made an application for license in Virginia.
