Ko-Kwel Casino Resort Celebrates 30th Anniversary With Caesars Operation
Caesars Entertainment has entered the Oregon sports betting market by launching in-person wagering at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in partnership with the Coquille Indian Tribe.
The new operation was introduced as the resort celebrated its 30th birthday, with Caesars Sportsbook-branded self-service wagering kiosks appearing in the casino formerly known as The Mill.
Caesars are now offering in-person sports betting in Oregon for the first time, giving players access to extensive betting options including player props, live in-play markets and futures.
Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, said: “Bringing our sports wagering offering to a new jurisdiction for the first time is always significant. We remain committed to supporting Indian gaming and enhancing the guest experience through partnerships like this.”
Caesars is continuing its expansion across North America after finalising a content integration deal with EveryMatrix last month, enabling players with the platform across five US states and Ontario to access new slot games through SlotMatrix.
Last March, the sportsbook also received RG Check accreditation from the Responsible Gambling Council in Ontario – recognizing companies that achieve the highest standards for the responsible gaming practices.
It was also honored with the National Council on Problem Gambling’s award for Corporate Social Responsibility.

What Are Oregon’s Laws On College Sports Betting?
There are still a number of restrictions in place in Oregon, such as college sports betting which isn’t allowed through online casinos.
Online sports betting apps are also unable to house college sports punters, but an advantage of wagering in-person is that some tribal locations will allow you to do so – Caesars is not one, though.
For anyone looking to wager on college sports in Oregon from the comfort of their own home, there is a solution by signing up with the best offshore sportsbooks.
Offshore casinos give anyone in the country full access to gaming platforms as they operate outside American jurisdiction, meaning they aren’t tied down by US laws.
These no-KYC betting sites are the perfect platforms for anyone looking to wager anonymously without any payout or limit restrictions, as well as offering generous welcome packages and cryptocurrency functionality.
