FOX Bet customers have been unable to use the sportsbook since Saturday February 5th following an unscheduled maintenance issue. PokerStars is also down in MI/NU/PA.
The Flutter-owned brand had failed to communicate the reasons for the downtime until its sportsbook — which operates in Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan — had already been down for two days. It was only after a large number of customers had taken to both Twitter and reddit to voice their frustrations that the company finally made an announcement about the issue.

The company has yet to answer customers’ queries relating to free bet credits that may have expired during the downtime of other promotional credits that they may have lost out on.
Some customers have indicated that the wording of the announcement doesn’t inspire confidence with some suggesting that password changes may be required while others are worried about the security of the funds in their accounts.
The general feeling among customers is that it will require some form of incentive for them to return to the sportsbook with one user stating:
“Three days downtime and barely any communication/transparency is enough reason to withdraw.
Now I’ll wait for some incentive before I deposit any money back.”
FOX Bet has yet to respond to our request for a comment.
