VIP Play, Inc. (OTCQB: VIPZ), a long-time mobile gambling operator in the U.S. and international gaming markets, announced Wednesday the approval of its interim license in West Virginia for both iGaming and sports wagering managed services.
This latest news follows the recently announced market access partnership between VIP Play, Inc. and Delaware North’s Wheeling Island Casino. The company is finally expanding elsewhere beyond Tennessee, where it currently operates as ZenSports, a mobile sports betting operator.

VIP Play, Inc. Will Pay Delaware North A Percentage Of Their Online Net Gaming Revenue
In December, VIP Play agreed to terms with Delaware North to operate in the Mountain State under Delaware North’s Wheeling Island Casino license. As part of the agreement, VIP Play will pay Delaware North a percentage of their online net gaming revenue during the term of the deal.
Cassidy said in a news release from December 2024:
“We appreciate Delaware North’s access to the wonderful state of West Virginia. This is an ideal market for VIP Play, Inc. to expand into as part of our US expansion efforts. We welcome the addition of online casino – ‘iGaming’ – to our list of offerings within the U.S. and are excited to bring the VIP Play mobile app to West Virginia residents and visitors in 2025.”
ZenSports is regulated under the Tenneessee Sports Wagering Council. The ZenSports platform offers a standard sports betting platform, cash back rewards, and a No Danger First Wager bonus.
Pending regulatory approval, the team expects to launch in West Virginia prior to the 2025 college football season. The company also launched VIP Players Club Sweepstakes, a sweepstakes-style promotion, exclusive to Tennessee sports bettors.
