Virgin Bet

Virgin Bet has been named the official Presenting Partner of Goodwood Racecourse for the remainder of the 2025 season.

The UK sports betting site has adopted its new status for this weekend’s three-day August Bank Holiday meeting, and will be in place for two further racedays on September 2 and September 24 and conclude with the season finale on October 12.

Goodwood welcomed Virgin Bet in an official press release issued today, in which it confirmed that Virgin Bet branding will appear prominently during the six remaining race meetings of this year with on course displays.

The sports betting app and online casino will also be involved in ticketing and hospitality initiatives as well as collaborating with digital content.

Virgin Bet, Part Of The LiveScore Group

It has been a busy few days for LiveScore Group as it has secured promotional deals for its LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet brands.

Ahead of last weekend’s opening round of English Premier League fixtures, LiveScore signed a shirt sponsorship and betting partnership deal with Sunderland.

As well as being the northeast club’s official betting partner for the 2025-26 season, LiveScore Bet is also the official sleeve partner of the men’s first-team kit.

The football scores app, LiveScore, has become Sunderland’s official training wear partner.

Earlier in the week LiveScore appointed Enteractive to run reactivation campaigns across its two sports betting apps, as the company explores new ways to re-engage its users.

Reaction From Virgin Bet And Goodwood

Dominic Vye, marketing director at Virgin Bet, said: “Partnering with Goodwood is a fantastic opportunity to engage with racing fans at some of the most celebrated fixtures in the calendar.

“At Virgin Bet, we want to ensure that race days are not only thrilling but also inclusive and welcoming for everyone who attends, and our commitment to breaking down barriers and fostering positive change within sports and culture is central to how we approach partnerships like this.

“We’re excited to bring that ethos to Goodwood and help create memorable experiences that resonate with both long-time racegoers and new fans alike.”

Tony Langanegger, sponsorship sales director, Goodwood, said: “We’re thrilled to have Virgin Bet on board as Presenting Partner for our August Bank Holiday and autumn race meetings.

“Their commitment to creating positive change through their ‘A Good Bet’ purpose aligns well with our vision for Goodwood as a place that welcomes and inspires a diverse range of racegoers.

“We look forward to working closely with Virgin Bet to deliver unforgettable moments across the season.”
